Alcoholic content: 14% Vol.
Residual sugar: 1,2 g/L
Harvest: Manual, at its optimum ripening point between the end of September and the beginning of October.
Fermentation: Maceration in stainless steel tanks for two weeks with daily pump-overs to extract all the color and aromas of the varieties. Fermentation at 22ºC and subsequent malo-lactic fermentation.
View: Intense ruby color with violet reflections and a persistent rim, indicating its density and structure.
Aromas: Primary fruity aromas are noted, with hints of ripe red fruits like cherry, combined with fleshy black fruits. It has a touch of spicy and balsamic aromas characteristic of the terroir.
Taste: EIt has a smooth entry thanks to the sweet tannins, and as it passes through the palate, it releases all its fruity expression. It has a medium and pleasant body that envelops the palate. Additionally, it has a balanced acidity that makes it long and very pleasant in the aftertaste.
It is the right wine for all kinds of red meats, especially grilled, also optimal for appetizers with cheeses.
