Harvest: The grapes are harvested by hand and mechanically. Macabeo is harvested in September, Xarel·lo in weeks two and three of September, and Parellada in October.
Fermentation: We de-alcoholise the white wine by vacuum distillation at low temperature, we add sugar as rectified concentrated must, we carry out pasteurisation, carbonation and finally, we bottle isobarically. The result is an exceptional wine that stands out for its quality and distinction.
View: Pale yellow tone that captures the light, revealing its exceptional clarity.
Aromas: It starts with notes of white fruits, evoking the freshness of pear and apple, which transform into aromas of banana and ends with a tropical and exotic explosion of pineapple and mango.
