The prestigious Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge has included 12 Vallformosa wines and sparklings in its Gold selection with excellent ratings. In fact, 8 of them have obtained a Double Gold medal. There have been 5 sparkling wines and 3 still wines.
The 5 cava with a Double Gold medal are: Vallformosa 150 Gran Reserva, Vallformosa Col lecció Brut Nature Reserva, Solo Vida Reserva, Vallformosa Col lecció Brut Reserva, Vallformosa Gala Brut Reserva.
The still wines recognized with the Double Gold medal are two whites, Cultivare Xarel·lo and Freyé Parellada/Muscat and a red Freyé Syrah/Tempranillo.

The list of winners is completed by 4 gold medals, which have been won by cava Vallformosa Gala Brut Nature Reserva and Mistinguett Brut Reserva as well as the still wines Cultivare Sumoll Samsó and Cultivare Rosé.
