Gran Reserva: 100% manual. Xarel·lo harvested in mid-September.
FERMENTATION: First fermentation: 90% in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The remaining 10% of the must ferments in new French oak barrels with light toasting for three months along with its fine lees, resulting in a rounded and varietal character base wine. The second fermentation that occurs in the bottle using the traditional method lasts for over 30 months.
AGING: Aging for over 30 months on its lees.

Subtle white fruit notes blend smoothly with the aromas arising from the second fermentation. Elegant on the nose, it features citrus and floral aromas that give it a refreshing character.

It boasts a soft entry and fine bubbles with a long and pleasant aftertaste. A well-rounded cava with a balanced body.
