GRAPE HARVEST: Manual. Parellada: Beginning of October. Muscat from Frontignan: End of August.
FERMENTATION: Previous maceration with the grape skins (5 hours) at 10 ºC. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a regulated temperature of 14 ºC.
APPEARANCE: Soft yellow color with greenish reflexes.
SMELL: Pink notes mixed with tropical fruit and orange peel. At the final set appears the notes of white fruit.
TASTE: On the mouth it is a fine, well rounded and fresh wine. An elegant and persistent wine with a fruity touch in the final aftertaste.
