Clean and shiny. In the mouth, is balanced, silky, creamy, very delicate with body. It has a fine and smooth entry sensation. In retronasal, we can find fresh fruit aromas. Persistent and pleasant finish. With a well-balanced acidity.
VENDIMIA: 100% manual. Chardonnay: in late August and Xarel·lo: in mid-September.
FERMENTATION: First fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Second fermentation in the bottle using the Traditional Method.
AGING: Average aging of 28 months on its lees.
