HARVEST: Manual and mechanical. Tempranillo: 2nd week of September. Cabernet Sauvignon: End of September. Garnacha: Beginning of September.
FERMENTATION: Incubation, maceration and fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 28ºC to extract color, soft tannins and aromas.
APPEARANCE: Garnet red with violet edges.
AROMAS: Aromatic intensity of red fruits of the forest with notes of violet, which with
oxygenation gives aromas to more ripe ones such as plum. The Cabernet gives structure to
the wine with notes of green pepper or licorice, giving it a touch between balsamic and
mineral that makes the set of aromas complex.
PALATE: It has a smooth entry, with a harmonious and structured body, with tastes of ripe red fruits, due to the good maturation in the vineyard, complemented by a small passage through the barrel, to give it complexity. It has a long and pleasant aftertaste of raspberry and red berries.
