This summer, the Costa Brava is tinged with the rosé colour of Vallformosa Gala Rosé, a 100% Pinot Noir single varietal that completes Vallformosa’s more gastronomic range and which can be enjoyed by the glass in the restaurants of the Nomo group.

Pale pink in colour, with vivid tones that show its youth, the bubbles of Vallformosa Gala Rosé are constant and small, forming a beautiful crown on the surface. This is a very feminine, delicate and sophisticated sparkling wine with an elegant aroma of red fruits that mingle with floral and citrus notes to provide freshness and lightness to the final taste of fine pastry that leaves a voluminous, gourmand, smooth and cheerful sensation.

Precisely these characteristics make this rosé the perfect aperitif to enjoy overlooking the sea on any of the terraces of the Far Nomo in Llafranc or the Nàutic in Sant Feliu de Guíxols.

Although Vallformosa Gala Rosé is especially recommended for enjoying as an aperitif, it also goes perfectly with Asian gastronomy, playing with the contrast of flavours and textures of the salinity and fatty structure of the fish and the subtle sweetness and lightness of this rosé cava, which means that the menus of the Nomo Group, with their Japanese gastronomy with Mediterranean touches, offer ideal gastronomic proposals for Vallformosa Gala Rosé.
