We are challengers
We are rewriting the rules of the game in our category.
Changing is the only constant!
The viticulture model
The winegrowers are the soul of our project, our family. They are also the ones who connect us with the environment, thanks to their knowledge and love for the land.
We don’t have our own vineyards, but we work closely with more than 400 winegrowing families, whom we support throughout the year and with whom we share a mutual project. Thanks to this unique model, we achieve full engagement from start to finish and assure the quality of our products.
At Vallformosa, we collaborate to care for and conserve the areas and their autochthonous varieties. In the highest area of the Penedès, 500 metres above sea level, is the area of vineyards known as the ‘+500 area’. The grapes from theses mountainousparcels ripen more slowly thanks to the temperature differential between day and night, providing better organoleptic qualities to our wines.

Territory
+500 area
We are nature and territory. Our responsability is to preserve them. Our commitment to sustainable viticulture not only guarantees the quality of the final product, but also the protection of this valuable natural environment for future generations. Therefore, each bottle reflects not only the essence of the Penedès region, but also the respect and care we take at every stage of the process. This area is 500 metres above sea level, a privileged environment that gives a different character to the vineyards, producing grapes that ripen slowly and in a balanced way. This slow process enhances the organoleptic properties of the fruit, providing a greater richness in aromas, freshness and complexity in the flavour of our wines.
