Refund policy


In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the Customer has a period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from receipt of the goods by the Customer, and must send an email to with the subject "Returns".

You can not exercise the right of withdrawal when there are indications that the products have been opened, handled or exposed to inappropriate conditions. It is mandatory to return the products protected correctly, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for subsequent sale.

No package will be accepted without one of the elements of identification of the sender (name, address, order number). The return of the products or services requested will result in the reimbursement of all amounts paid by the Customer.

These amounts will be paid to the user in a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days after the reception of the order in the facilities of VALLFORMOSA. Refunds of the amounts paid will always be made by the same means of payment used by the Client.

In all cases, an email will be sent to the Client informing him/her of the refund.

As a general rule, the return costs will be paid by the Customer. Returns that are due to an error by VALLFORMOSA or a defect in the product are excluded from this case, in which case the provisions of clause 5.3 below will apply.

Shipments will not be accepted against reimbursement.

In accordance with banking legislation, no refunds can be made on credit cards whose expiry date has expired. In this case, VALLFORMOSA reserves the right to ask the Client for all the information necessary to make the corresponding refund.


If you have already made a purchase and want to cancel your order, if you have not yet received it, please contact immediately or call (+34) 938 978 286.

If the order has not been dispatched, it will be cancelled and the amount of the purchase will be refunded in full by the same means by which you made the payment.

In case the package has been dispatched, you must wait for its reception to proceed to its return in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions of Purchase.


In VALLFORMOSA we make tastings of the lots that we serve regularly, and we have a great product rotation, which allows us to detect any anomaly. It is possible, however, that some bottles do not arrive in good condition at their destination. In this case, we will replace it with another one free of charge, without prejudice to the provisions of clause 5.1 above.

In this case, VALLFORMOSA commits itself to replace the defective product by an equal one or to refund the amount, assuming the return and subsequent shipping costs if applicable.

The shipping package is designed to avoid breakage and our partners are well aware of the fragility of the product, but it is possible that some breakage may occur.

At the moment you receive your package, please follow the following steps:

- Check the conformity of the goods received at the time of delivery.

- Point out any anomalies on the delivery note, stating your reservations or comments along with your signature.

Transport providers do not allow the return of goods if the customer opens it in their presence, but you can check the box from the outside and if you detect that the box is wet or damp, do not accept the order. The transport agency will notify us of the incident and we will automatically send a new shipment at no additional cost.

In any case, the previous guarantee has a maximum validity of 2 (two) years, according to the current regulations. Without prejudice to the above, and due to the nature of the product, VALLFORMOSA reserves the right not to accept the return if the product has not been kept in the recommended conditions for its conservation.

Likewise, the Client is aware of and accepts the risk that certain products, due to their characteristics, age or nature, may be quickly affected by external causes and not attributable in any case to VALLFORMOSA.

In case the bottles received do not correspond to your order, or the product is defective, simply send an email to or contact us at the telephone number (+34) 938 978 286 indicating your details and those of your order and we will replace the order free of charge.
