Residual sugar: 2,2 g/L
Harvest: Carried out manually, specifically for the Xarel·lo variety in mid-September and for Chardonnay also during the same period.
Fermentation: Skin maceration takes place for a period of 6 hours, with the purpose of extracting the desired aromas. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, maintaining a controlled temperature of 16 ºC.
View: Displays a pale-yellow tone with greenish highlights, standing out for its clarity and brightness.
Aromas: Reveals a harmonious fusion of aromas, where notes of white fruits (pear and apple) intertwine with hints of yellow fruits (peach and apricot). These fragrances are enriched through aging on lees for four months.
Taste: It presents itself as a white wine of notable fullness and freshness, balanced by well-measured acidity and a robust structure. Notes of fresh fruits persist, creating a highly pleasant and prolonged aftertaste.
Perfect for rice dishes, shellfish, light fish, smoked foods, salads, white meats, and pastas; it is recommended to serve it between 7-9ºC.
