Residual sugar: 1,7 g/L
Harvest: The harvest is carried out with both manual and mechanical methods. Macabeo grapes are harvested in the first week of September, followed by Xarel·lo in the second and third weeks of September, and finally, Parellada in the first half of October.
Fermentation: The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with rigorous temperature control at 16ºC. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle, following the revered Traditional Method.
Aging: Average period of 12 months on its lees.
Vista: It presents a charming pale yellow color with delicate greenish hues.
Aromas: Notes of green apple harmoniously combine with tropical hints, such as pineapple, creating an attractive and enriching aromatic experience.
Gusto: On the palate, it is full and smooth, with white fruit flavours and a long, pleasant finish.
This cava is highly recommended to enjoy on its own at any time, whether as an aperitif or accompanying a wide variety of dishes.
