Mistinguett Rosé is a vegan and organic cava that celebrates the boldness of the iconic French vedette. Made with care and delicacy, this cava is aged for 12 months to offer a pale cherry pink colour and delicate bubbles. Aromas of strawberries, raspberries, flowers and citrus are balanced with refreshing acidity and a long, savoury finish.

Harvest: The harvest is carried out both manually and mechanically with meticulous attention. Grenache grapes are harvested in mid-September, followed by Trepat grapes at the end of September and the beginning of October.
Fermentation: The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, maintaining precise temperature control at 16ºC. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle, following the revered Traditional Method.
Aging: average ageing period of 12 months in bottle.
View: When poured into the glass, it reveals a beautiful pale cherry color with reddish hues, crowned by fine bubbles forming a continuous string.
Aromas: Delicate aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries are unveiled, intertwining with floral and citrus notes.
Taste: A smooth entry is experienced with the red fruits shining, balanced by refreshing acidity and a creamy texture. This cava demonstrates exceptional balance and culminates in a pleasant, long, and flavourful finish.
It pairs well with appetizers, seafood, fish, white meats, fresh salads, soft cheeses and fruity desserts, enhancing its freshness and fruity notes.
