Alcoholic content: 12% Vol.
Residual sugar: 10 g/L

Harvest: The grapes are harvested manually. Macabeo is harvested in early September, Xarel·lo in mid-September, and Parellada in the first week of October.
Fermentation:The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 16°C. After this stage, the cava ages for 3 months in French oak barrels. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle, following the Traditional Method.
Aging: 3 months in barrels and then matures for 18 months in the bottle on its lee.

View: It has an intense lemon-yellow color with green highlights, denoting freshness and vitality
Aromas: There is an aromatic complexity that includes white fruits, wood notes, and almonds.
Taste: Good acidity, fine bubbles, and a delicate, perfectly integrated foam. Additionally, there are hints of vanilla from the French oak barrel, mixed with flavours of white fruits like apple. The finish is intense and balanced.

It can be enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif, and it pairs exceptionally well with a variety of dishes, including red meats, poultry, seafood, and fish.
