HARVEST: Manual and mechanical. Xarel·lo : Mid September. Macabeo : Early September. Chardonnay: end of August.

FERMENTACIÓN: Static settling and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 16 ºC.

APPEARANCE: Yellow color with green reflections that denote youth in the wine. 
AROMAS: Soft aromas of acidic white fruit, such as apple, afterwards, the more mature aromas of pineapple come out, which give it an interesting aromatic complexity where new aromatic sensations of both types of fruit come together giving aromas between fresh and ripe, to create thus a pleasant structural intensity.

PALATE: Soft and fine entry, with body and good acidity which provides a good structure PALATE, with hints of fresh white fruit. In the aftertaste, the aromas of pear or apple come out first, which when oxygenated, are derived from stone fruits, such as peaches, which last over time.
