Mas La Roca Rosé
Mas La Roca Rosé has obtained 89 points in the Peñín guide. It is a rosé wine that combines merlot, sumoll and tempranillo grapes, highly recommended for tapas and aperitifs. HARVEST: Manual and mechanical. Merlot: End of September. Sumoll: Mid September . Tempranillo: Mid September.
FERMENTATION: Maceration with the grape skins for 3 hours. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14 16ºC.
APPEARANCE: Pink in color, with some violet reflections.
AROMAS: High aromatic intensity reminiscent of pastries made with strawberries
and raspberries, giving it a sweet, fine and elegant aroma.
PALATE: Complex, with a very pleasant entry, with raspberry and strawberry flavors, combined with acidity, giving the wine a structure, very comfortable PALATE. Long lasting and sweet aftertaste with hints of strawberries.
