Mas La Roca White It is a white wine with 87 points in the Peñín guide based on Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Chardonnay, with a smooth and fine entry, body and good acidity that provides a good structure on the palate, with hints of fresh white fruit. Ideal for white meat and fish, but also for salads, pasta and rice.
Mas La Roca Rosé has obtained 89 points in the Peñín guide. It is a rosé wine that combines merlot, sumoll and tempranillo grapes, highly recommended for tapas and aperitifs. Its complex and fruity in palate makes it equally appropriate to combine with soft white and red meats, as well as pasta and rice.
Mas La Roca Red it combines tempranillo, cabernet sauvignon and garnacha. It is a perfect red wine for white and red meats and pairs very well with barbecues and smoked meats thanks to its aromatic intensity and harmonious and fruity body. Valued with 87 points in the Peñín guide.

FERMENTACIÓN: Static settling and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 16 ºC.
APPEARANCE: Yellow color with green reflections that denote youth in the wine.
AROMAS: Soft aromas of acidic white fruit, such as apple, afterwards, the more mature
aromas of pineapple come out, which give it an interesting aromatic complexity where new
aromatic sensations of both types of fruit come together giving aromas between fresh and
ripe, to create thus a pleasant structural intensity.
PALATE: Soft and fine entry, with body and good acidity which provides a good structure PALATE, with hints of fresh white fruit. In the aftertaste, the aromas of pear or apple come out first, which when oxygenated, are derived from stone fruits, such as peaches, which last over time.
