A young red wine that embodies the vibrant essence of the Terra Alta DO. This wine masterfully combines the Grenache and Syrah varieties, offering a unique sensory experience from the first sip.

Alcoholic content: 14% Vol.
Residual sugar: 1,5 g/L
Harvest: Carried out manually, at the optimal point of ripeness, which occurs between the end of September and the beginning of October.
Fermentation: Maceration is carried out in stainless steel tanks for two weeks, with daily pump-over to extract all the color and aromas from the varieties. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 22ºC and, subsequently, a second fermentation, the malolactic fermentation, is performed.
View: Intense garnet-ruby colour with violet hues thanks to its maceration. It is also bright and clear.
Aromas: Notes of red fruits such as raspberries stand out, mixed with black forest fruits. There is a spicy touch of floral aromas like violet, a characteristic and pleasant aroma typical of Syrah, which gives it complexity.
Taste: : it has a smooth and fresh entry, and on the palate, it is an unctuous wine with body. Notes of red fruit and the spices of Grenache stand out. It has a long and elegant aftertaste.
This wine is perfect with all types of grilled red meats, as well as with game, such as venison; or poultry, such as partridge.
