Recommended for a perfect pairing with any type of fish but especially Red Tuna. Serve at 5-6ºC.

AGING Medium Aging of 18 months on its lees.

An enjoyable and fresh introduction, with subtle notes of white fruit combined with the flavors of nuts and the baked goods from lees aging. The carbonation is very fine thanks to its integration due to aging. Coupage Blue Fin from Vallformosa has a mouthfeel that provides creaminess and elegance, with a long and pleasant aftertaste featuring hints of fruit and aniseed notes.
