Tan I'MPERFECT que una lata equivale a casi dos copas (1,7) o ¡una copita con un plus de disfrute! Además, las latas son más rápidas de enfiar, no dejan sabor residual y, al no dejar pasar la luz, conservan mejor el líquido. I’MPERFECT Brut es un espumoso con una burbuja fina y refrescante con notas a fruta blanca, como la manzana o la pera, y notas a flor blanca, con toques cítricos. Es voluminoso en el paladar y con una acidez que le da gran vivacidad.
HARVEST: Macabeu at the beginning of September. Xarel·lo mid-September. Parellada final week of September and first week of October.
FERMENTATION: First fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, followed by clarification and filtering of the wine.
CANNING: Canned and carbonated by a cold isobaric process, in 250mL cans.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 10,5% VOL
APPEARANCE: Pale yellow colourwith greenish reflections, showing youth and freshness.
NOSE: Medium aromatic intensity with white fruits such as pear mixed with citric touches.
PALATE: Pleasant entry with fine bubbles. With structure in the middle of the palate, where the white fruits found on the nose show through. Long, balanced and acidic, leaving a very pleasant taste, and with the freshness of the wine revealed through its bubbles.
